Short history: Raymond Miller was born on May, 21st, 1990 in the Netherlands. His parents were the typical middle-class family, dealing with problems like government taxes, and other shit we all have to deal with. His parents moved to America, in hopes of finding some sort of escape from the worsening problems. Unfortunately for them, they underestimated America and ended up having to deal with the problems even more.
Raymond was a baby when he moved to America, and his sister hadn't been born yet. He has no real idea of who his other-family in the netherlands are, nor has he ever asked his parents about it. Most of the time in his elementary years, he was at home alone while his parents were out working or gambling.
When he was in middle school, his mother hit gambling big time, winning five million dollars. It was the most awesome experience ever, since now they wouldn't have to work as much anymore and could spend time with him and his sister.
But unfortunately it didn't work out that way.
His parents were out partying every night, and Ray took to hanging with his friends all of the time. He'd gotten into smoking anything given to him, and drinking a lot too. He'd gained a bit of private criticism from teachers and other adults that had seen him hanging with the bad crowd. But it was fun, so he never stopped. During his Junior year, he moved to Sunset Beach with his family. He fits in well with the description of a rich kid, and a bitch.
